Corporate Structure

Corporate Structure
Infinite Light Foundation™ (ILF) is a spiritual and public charity benefit organization established by Charter as a Tennessee nonprofit public benefit corporation. Its mission, purpose and activities are now and at all times will be exclusively charitable. The activities ILF offers will at all times be directly associated with religious, charitable, scientific, literary, and educational activities, as well as activities dedicated to the prevention of cruelty to children or animals.

The ILF purpose and mission are attained by and through (i) the facilitation, application and activities of its Ministry, Youth and Family, Wellness, and Educational Enrichment Divisions; and (ii) the enhancement and support of other non profit organizations engaged in religious, charitable, scientific, literary, and educational activities, as well as activities dedicated to the prevention of cruelty to children or animals, so long as such organizations qualify as organizations exempt from federal income taxation under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, (the “Code”) and are described in Sections 509(a)(2) of the Code, and engage in such other activities, exercise such other powers and privileges, take such other actions and carry out such other purposes as are permitted to be carried on by an entity either (i) exempt from Federal income taxation under Section 501(c)(3) of the Code, or (ii) to which contributions are deductible under Section 170(c)(2) of the Code.

Sustaining Income
The income that sustains our operations comes primarily from corporate sponsorships, grants, private funding and personal contributions made by pledges, donations, recurring gifts and love offerings.

By and through our received charitable donations, we, as a public benefit corporation, extend support donations and contributions to non-profit charity and spiritual based organizations, community projects, and provide grants, awards, scholarships and sponsorships to qualifying applicants, schools and universities for programs which are related to the mission and objectives of ILF.
