Founding Principle
Infinite Light Foundation™ is a nonprofit spiritual and public benefit organization, which began as a life long vision of the Founder and President, Pamela R. Nine, Ph.D.

Vision
The ultimate combined vision and mission of ILF and the divisions thereof is to provide a spiritual environment at its actual physical location and/or its website, where all people, regardless of background, race or religion can come in private, or as a combined union, for the purpose of advancing consciousness and spiritual evolution.

We are dedicated in implementing and facilitating transforming and purpose driven applications that focus on advancing consciousness and spiritual evolution through divine and spiritual guidance. Our commitment is through building upon strengths and new possibilities for the creation and further advancement of a new worldly existence, where all people live in a combined union of spiritual harmony, wellness, peace, and love.

Mission
ILF is established by Charter as a Tennessee nonprofit public benefit corporation. Its mission, purpose and activities are now and at all times will be exclusively charitable. The activities ILF offers will at all times be directly associated with religious, charitable, scientific, literary, and educational activities, as well as activities dedicated to the prevention of cruelty to children or animals.

The ILF purpose and mission are attained by and through (i) the facilitation, application and activities of its Ministry, Youth and Family, Wellness, and Educational Enrichment Divisions; and (ii) the enhancement and support of other non profit organizations engaged in religious, charitable, scientific, literary, and educational activities, as well as activities dedicated to the prevention of cruelty to children or animals, so long as such organizations qualify as organizations exempt from federal income taxation under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, (the “Code”) and are described in Sections 509(a)(2) of the Code, and engage in such other activities, exercise such other powers and privileges, take such other actions and carry out such other purposes as are permitted to be carried on by an entity either (i) exempt from Federal income taxation under Section 501(c)(3) of the Code, or (ii) to which contributions are deductible under Section 170(c)(2) of the Code.

Tax Deductible Donations
Infinite Light Foundation is proud to announce that upon review of its application for tax exempt status, determination has been made that we are exempt from Federal income tax under section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

Donations and contributions made to the Infinite Light Foundation™ 501 (c) (3) non-profit public charity 170 (b) (1) (A) (vi) organization are deductible under section 170 of the Internal Revenue Code, and

Acceptance For All
Within Infinite Light Foundation™ there is acceptance for all religions, traditions, spiritual paths and expressions. Our doctrine, practices and teachings are based on the knowledge and wisdom that life filled with harmony and wellness occurs when one discovers the true essence of unconditional love, healing, and peace, through divine and spiritual guidance.

Sustaining Income
The income that sustains our operations comes primarily from corporate sponsorships, grants, private funding and personal contributions made by pledges, donations, recurring gifts and love offerings.

Activities, Initiatives, Practices and Teachings
The activities, initiatives, practices, programs and teachings of ILF are derived from material developed by its Founder and President, Pamela R. Nine, as well as many other credible sources which are outlined within the Wellness, Youth and Family, and Educational Enrichment Divisions “Reference and Study Materials” listings.

Our activities are on a "structured set donation format" or "set donation based structure" and are made available through out-reach programs and distance learning courses within world-wide-web based applications, and on-site, personal, class, workshop and study group settings.

We also offer a number of free self-study based applications within our distance learning program, and an abundance of information on our website that can easily be used by anyone who seeks a means to advance consciousness and spirituality.

"Set Donation Based Structure" and "Structured Set Donation Format" Activities
ILF offers initiative, program, class, workshop and service activities for the purpose of learning and sharing methods to achieve and advance the evolution of consciousness and spirituality.

The activities ILF offers are often described in text as being available through a "structured set donation format“ or "set donation based structure." When so used, the phrases "structured set donation format“ or “set donation based structure” means that ILF activities initiatives, programs, classes, workshops, or services are made available on the basis of a pre-set or suggested donation to ILF. However, the donations that are received from these “set donation based” activities are used for the overall operations of ILF, and for its charitable and public benefit mission and objective activities, just like the pre-set charges that a non-profit hospital receives from the operation of its emergency department.

Teaching Philosophies
Our overall teaching philosophies are comprised, in part, from the divine wisdom and knowledge found in “The Principles of Spiritual Evolution™” founded by the President of ILF. We also reference, explore, and study many other credible ancient teachings, wisdoms and traditions for enabling and enhancing consciousness and spirituality.

The ILF doctrine teaches that each soul exists for the purpose of learning, growing and attaining further advancement of consciousness and spirituality. Through our mission of sending love, healing, and peace into the world, we are committed to bringing forth additional visions of hope, and sustaining the fulfillment of humanity's most profound aspirations.

Out-Reach Programs and Distance Learning Courses
ILF offers out-reach programs and distance learning courses to enable global interaction. These programs and courses are made available through interactive world-wide-web based applications. This provides an obtainable format of versatile, educational and informational resources for achieving and attaining further advancement and evolution of consciousness and spirituality. We also offer a number of free self-study based applications within our distance learning program.

Public Participation
To enable public participation within the Foundation, Donation Programs  and Volunteer Opportunities  are available, so others may have a place in its vision and mission.

A new Spiritual Supporters Program  is also being implemented for individuals to become supporters of Infinite Light Foundation™ through a nominal set donation, for the purpose of sharing in aspects of the Foundation, and its beneficial work. Donations received from the Spiritual Supporters Program will be used to support ILF’s mission and objectives. Supporters will be recognized in an upcoming annual ILF Newsletter which will contain information related to its charitable and public benefit activities, and new and existing programs available.
